They have established a strong employer-brand presence, built our Internship Program by partnering with local colleges/universities, hosted a resume/reel workshop, on-boarded top-talent, proposed and are in the process of implementing engagement initiatives and HRIS, all while ensuring legislative compliance and smooth internal people operations.
